What experience do we need to enroll in the program?

There is no experience required. Many students have an interest in recording and writing music. You come with the dream, the goal, and the willingness to learn, we will provide the rest.

How does scheduling work?

If you have a job or your attending classes at a University, or any other responsibilities life throws at you, don’t worry we understand. We have flexible scheduling. You and your instructor will find a mutually agreeable time for your lesson. Our studio has shadowing opportunities at all different times of the day. The student studio is available seven days a week. You don’t have to choose between life and achieving your dreams!

How long is the course?

The program is 20 weeks. You prepare for a two hour lesson each week by studying the lesson material, completing assignments, and preparing questions to ask your instructor. We also provide additional materials to expand your opportunities to learn. On top of this you will have opportunities to shadow recording sessions. What is the cost of the program?

The total program cost is $6,900 split into two payments. $3900 due upon signup and the remailing balance due on week eleven.

Do I have to have a computer to be in the program?

It is highly encouraged that you do have a computer but not required. We provide a student studio that has everything necessary for you to study, practice, and get creative.

What does a typical week look like?

Students are expected to put in 10-15 hours per week between lessons, labs, shadow time and Student Studio use. Your instructor lead class is two hours per week. Student studio practice is a minimum of 3 hours. Then students are encouraged to attend as many shadow sessions as possible per week. We have plenty of additional training resources and student studio time for students who just can’t get enough and we are always open and available for questions, questions, and more questions.
